Contoh Kasus Komunikasi Dalam Dunia Bisnis (Tugas KomBis)

                Komunikasi bisnis adalah pertukaran gagasan , pendapata, informasi , instruksi yang memiliki tujuan tertentu yang disajikan secara personal atau impersonal melalui simbol – simbol atau sinyal .

Contoh kasus :

PT Golden Castle , bergerak dalam bidang konveksi atau textil, mengalami permasalahan antara perusahaan dengan karyawan. Permasalahan ini terjadi yang disebabkan oleh adanya miss communication antara atasan dengan karyawannya. Adanya perubahan kebijakan dalam perusahaan

mengenai penghitungan gaji atau upah kerja karyawan, namun pihak perusahaan belum memberitahukan para karyawan, sehingga karyawan merasa diperlakukan semena-mena oleh pihak perusahaan. Para karyawan mengambil tindakan yaitu dengan mendemo perusahaan, Namun tindakan ini berujung pada PHKbesar-besaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan.

Perusahaan manapun pasti pernah mengalami permasalahan internal. Mulai dari tingkat individu, kelompok, sampai unit. .Mulai dari derajat dan lingkup permasalahan yang kecil sampai yang besar. Yang relatif kecil seperti masalah adu mulut tentang pribadi antarkaryawan, sampai yang relatif besar seperti beda pandangan tentang strategi bisnis di kalangan manajemen.

Contoh lainnya dari permasalahan yang relatif besar yakni antara karyawan dan manajemen. Secara kasat mata kita bisa ikuti berita sehari-hari di berbagai media. Disitu tampak permasalahan dalam bentuk demonstrasi dan pemogokan. Apakah hal itu karena tuntutan besarnya kompensasi, kesejahteraan, keadilan promosi karir, ataukah karena tuntutan hak asasi manusia karyawan.

Penjelasan kasus :

                Didalam hubungan komunikasi di suatu lingkungan kerja atau perusahaan antara individu akan sering terjadi. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi biasanya adalah karena masalah kominikasi yang kurang baik. Sehingga cara mengatasi masalah dalam perusahaan harus benar-benar dipahami management inti dari perusahaan, untuk meminimalisir dampak yang timbul. Permasalahan atau konflik yang terjadi antara karyawan atau karyawan dengan atasan yang terjadi karena masalah komunikasi harus di antisipasi dengan baik dan dengan system yang terstruktur. Karena jika masalah komunikasi antara atasan dan bawahan terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, misalnya

mogok kerja, bahkan demo.

Sehingga untuk mensiasati masalah ini bias dilakukan dengan berbagai cara :

1. Membentuk suatu system informasi yang terstruktur, agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam komunikasi. Misalnya, dengan membuat papan pengumungan atau pengumuman melalui loudspeaker.

2. Buat komunikasi dua arah antara atasan dan bawahan menjadi lancer dan harmonis, misalnya dengan membuat rapat rutin, karena dengan komunikasi yang dua arah dan intens akan mengurangi masalah di lapangan.

3. Beri pelatihan dalam hal komunikasi kepada atasan dan karyawan, pelatihan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan ilmu baru bagi setiap individu dalam organisasi dan meminimalkan masalah dalam hal komunikasi Biasanya masalah timbul karena lingkungan yang kurang kondusif di suatu perusahaan. Misalnya, kondisi cahaya yang kurang, atau sirkulasi yang kurang baik, dan temperature ruangan yang tinggi sangat mungkin untuk meningkatkan emosi seseorang, jadi kondisi dari lingkungan juga harus di perhatikan.

Pro Transportasi Online ( Tugas KomBis)

Alasan Pro Transportasi Online :

1.     Lebih mudah

2.     Lebih aman

3.     Lebih murah

4.     Lebih efisien

Penjelasan alasan-alasan tersebut:

1.     Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi, kita dimanjakan oleh segala sesuatu yang mudah dan praktis (instant). Dan dengan adanya transportasi online kita hanya perlu memesan jasa melalui aplikasi yang sangat mudah. Sebagai contoh, saat kita memesa jasa transportasi tersebut kita hanya perlu menunggu pengemudi transportasi online tersebut di tempat kita berada dan tidak perlu menunggu lama pengemudi transportasi online pun datang dan siap mengantar ke tempat tujuan kita.

2.     Transportasi online lebih aman karena transportasi ini berada dibawah naungan sebuah perusahaan dan identitas pengemudi transportasi itupun telah terdaftar maka membuat para penumpang merasa lebih aman.

3.     Apabila dibanding dengan transportasi konvensial, transportasi online terbilang lebih murah karena transportasi ini telah memiliki ketentuan tarif di jarak-jarak tertentu dan kita pundapat melihat tarifnya saat kita ingin memesan transportasi tersebut.

4.     Transportasi online ini lebih efisien karena beberapa aplikasi memiliki fitur-fitur yang dapat membantu pengguna aplikasi tersebut dalam melakukan aktifitas sehingga dapat menghemat waktu. Contohnya fitur-fitur pada aplikasi Go-Jek, yaitu fitur Go-Send dimana kita dapat memesan transportasi ini hanya untuk mengambil atau mengirim barang, fitur Go-Food kita dapat memesan transportasi ini untuk membelikan kita makanan dan beberapa fitur lainnya.

Analyzing The Marriage Bargain Novel By Jennifer Probst

·        Plot

The story begin when Alexandria Maria McKenzie,  an owner of a book store in new York , casting a love spell for a purpose to found the perfect husband for her because she desperately need one. She need a man who has $150.000 in his bank account because she need to pay of her family debt immediately or else her childhood house would be sold by the bank , who love animal , and most important thing is the man who is a fan of the mets ( a baseball team in America ). On the other hand, there is an handsome rich , who has an architecture company with his uncle , named Nick Ryan who is in need to find a wife. His uncle just recently died and his uncle left a will that saying nick would get his uncle shares of the company if he married and the marriage lasted for over a year. Nick is a man who is emotionally unavailable . he hate the idea of  a marriage because he think that marriage is time consuming and he is not ready to be in one.

Maggie ryan is alexa best friend and also nick sister. She wants to help her best friend and also his brother so she said to his brother “ I Found a perfect wife for you”. With that nick make an Marriage Bargain to alexa saying that he will give her $150.000  if they both married and lasted for over a year.

·        Theme ( Romance )

The author used Romance as the theme. Romance is usually about love and passion . So the author  tried to tell a story about alexa’s and ryan ‘s relathionship . It Focused on a romance between the main character that is not showed at the beginning of the novel but growing over time as you continue reading it.

·        Languange /  Writing Style

The target audience of  this contemporary novel is young adult , so the author tried to used a “ now “ language or usually called informal language.  she tried to use a language that is easy to understand or is normally used in a daily conversation among people nowdays.“ One hair from  a male family member – her brother was still pissed.”  The word “ Piss “ in Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary Internal Students’s Edition means : To urinate , but the word piss in the above sentence means : angry at somebody. She used a slang word that is commony used in a daily life, not like a classic literature that using formal words in it .Beside using “ now “ language she also used a lot of figurative language such as personification , simile, metaphor and hyperbole.

“ The Mets have heart and character, and I need a man who can root for the underdog.”

“ When the lawyers finally descended like a pack of vultures on the scent of blood money…”

“…Nick would be nothing but a figurehead.”

“ In the end, one of the only family he loved had used him as a pawn.”

“ Nicholas Ryan had a fortune at his fingertips.”

·         Characterization Of The Main Character.

§ Alexandria Maria Mckenzie

-          Eccentric

The fact she is making a love spell  tell us that she has an eccentric or strange behavior.

“ She felt like an idiot for creating a love spell, but she had no option left and Little to lose”.

-          Selfless , Desperate And Caring

She loves her family so much so she would do anything for her family including to be married for money.

 “ The lies of the night pressed down on her spirits as she realized she’d made a bargain with the devil for cold hard cash. Cash to save her family”.

“ Could she live with herself, knowing she was to selfish to make a sacrifice for her family?Did she have a choice?”.

-          Funny

She is humorous and it showed in many dialogue of hers in the novel.

                        “ He had ton of garlic at dinner and I didn’t want him near me” She laughed.

-          Honest

She always speak what was inside her mind and she always tell the truth.

“ I see you’re the same overbearing bully who teased me about my chest size. Some things don’t change.”

o   Nicholas Ryan

-          Hard worker.

He really a hard worker and it showed with how good he did his job that the author described in her novel.

“ Nick believed In many things. Working hard to accomplish a goal…. And creating buildings. Buildings that were solid, yet aesthetically beautiful.smooth angles and sharp lines blending together. Bricks and concrete and glass attesting to the solidity that people craved in ordinary life. The short moment of wonder when a person looks upon the final creation for the first time. All of these things made sense to him.”

-         Selfish and afraid of commitment.

“ As nick had drifted in and out of relationships, one thing became clear – all women wanted marriage, and marriage meant messiness. Fight about emotion. Children tearing them both at the seams, wanting more attention. Needing more space, until the end became the same as every relationship.”

-         Organized.

“  He probably scheduled his days by the minute.”

-         Stubborn.

“ He refused to let her beat him, and sensed victory close.”

-          Caring.

“ He’d thought of her surrounded by people in the bookstore she created and wanted to join her world for just a little while.

·        Setting

The Marriage Bargain by Jennifer Probst is a Contemporary Novel that took place in a lot of places but the setting mainly in New York city.

“ As the owner of an eclectic bookstore in a trendy upstate New York college town, she figured she was allowed some quirks”.

·        Point Of View

The author used an ominiscient point of view for her novel. The narrator/The author knows what each character is thinking and feeling.

-          POV of Alexa

“ Alexandria Maria McKenzie stared into the small homemade campfire in the middle of her living room floor and wondered if she had officially lost her mind.”

-          POV of Nick

“ Nick wouldn’t waste any more time gripping about unfairness. He decided to make a clear list of the attributes his wife would need, and see if he could think of any appropriate candidates.”

·        Conflict

The conflict happen around the complicated marriage arrangement between the main character and how their personality is completely different. At how they confront their past and the stubbornness of the main characters that they actually love each other but they just afraid to take the risk of a broken heart if they try to let in each other in their life.

·        Climax

The climax is when they start to let each other in but nick’s father tell him that alexa only wants his money and will trap him with a baby. And coincidently alexa is pregnant with nick’s baby but when she try to tell him. He remembered and believed what his father said. And he said mean things to alexa saying that she only wants his money. Alexa felt hurt and left him.
